omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in

with Esoteric World Discovery and/or your use of this site shall first notified the 
management of Esoteric World Discovery in writing and the management of Esoteric World 
Discovery  shall reply same within 21 days.
You agree to indemnify and hold Esoteric World Discovery, its subsidiaries, affiliates, 
officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, 
or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising 
out of your use of the services in violation of this agreement and/or arising from a breach of 
these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth

Esoteric World Discovery will do everything to avoid charge backs from being received from 
its customers. We provide many means of dispute resolution, if you, as an Esoteric World 
Discovery customer/client, have a question or problem with a charge from us, we will be 
happy to work with you to resolve it, and avoid a charge back. In the event that you do issue 
a charge back, Esoteric World Discovery will use this document and customer’s agreement 
at the time of order to dispute your charge back with your bank and our processing 
company. Any dispute/charge back attempts will immediately result in suspension of the 
work and referral to an outside, third-party collection agency.
You must be eighteen or over to purchase any products or use this site. Purchasing or 
membership in the service is void where prohibited. By using and/or viewing this site, you 
represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this 
agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement and that you 
are at least 18-years and 21-years old in other countries where 18 is not the age of majority.

Esoteric World Discovery and others. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as 
granting, by implication, estoppels, or otherwise, any license or right to use any material 
displayed on the Site without the written permission of Esoteric World Discovery or such 
third party that may own the Logos displayed on the Site. Your misuse of the Logos 
displayed on the Site, or any other content on the Site, except as provided in these Terms 
and Conditions, is strictly prohibited. You are also advised that Esoteric World Discovery 
will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, 
including the seeking of criminal prosecution.
Esoteric World Discovery owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Esoteric World 
Discovery site and the Esoteric World Discovery services. The site contains the copyrighted 
material, logos, and other proprietary information of Esoteric World Discovery and its 
licensors. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have 
been given permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, 
display, or sell any such proprietary information, including, but not limited to, FAQs area, 
product names and product descriptions, emails and email responses, instructions, logos, 
copyrights, pictures and all downloadable products.
You should assume that everything you see or read on the Site is copyrighted or logos and 
unless otherwise noted, and may not be used except as provided in these Terms and 
Conditions without the written permission of Esoteric World Discovery. Esoteric World 
Discovery neither warrants nor represents that your use of materials displayed on the Site 
will not infringe rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated with Esoteric World 
Discovery.
Esoteric World Discovery will protect its Intellectual Property to the fullest extent of the law 
and will aggressively prosecute all infringers of its Logos, pictures and Copyrights.
In assessing the damages, a court may, enter judgment for three times such profits or 
damages, whichever is greater, together with a reasonable attorney’s fees in the case of any 
violation
If someone copies anything on the Esoteric World Discovery site, the organization will 
prosecute him/her to the fullest extent of the law.
The copyright owner is entitled to recover the actual damages suffered by him or her as a 
result of the infringement, and any profits of the infringer that are attributable to the 
infringement and are not taken into account in computing the actual damages. In 
establishing the infringer’s profits, the copyright, anyone that copies anything from Esoteric 
World Discovery site without the written permission of Esoteric World Discovery, the 
person has already violated the copyright laws and can be legally prosecuted.
Esoteric World Discovery claims immunity from liability to the fullest extent under the law 
and as provided under the law for all content on the Site, included, but not limited to, 
content provided by third parties and viewers and nothing in this agreement is intended to 
waive, remove, or usurp such immunity. You understand and agree that Esoteric World 
Discovery may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") 
that in the sole judgment, Esoteric World Discovery violates this Terms of Use or which 
might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of 
Esoteric World Discovery and/or its members or agents.
That you are solely responsible for the content that you publish or display (hereinafter, 
"post") on the Esoteric World Discovery site, or transmit to Esoteric World Discovery.
You must use the Esoteric World Discovery site in a manner consistent with any and all 
applicable laws and regulations.
You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process 
to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained herein without our prior 
expressed written permission. You agree that you will not use any device, software or 
routine to bypass or to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the

Esoteric World Discovery by our users or third parties.

email to other Esoteric World Discovery viewers. Although Esoteric World Discovery cannot 
monitor the conduct of its viewers off the Esoteric World Discovery site, it is also a violation 
of these rules to use any information obtained from the service in order to harass, abuse, or 
harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any member 
without their prior explicit consent.
Esoteric World Discovery does not control the information provided by other users that are 
made available through our system. You may find other user's information to be offensive, 
harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive. Please use caution, common sense, and safety when using 
our site. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Esoteric World 
Discovery users. Because Esoteric World Discovery is not involved in user’s interactions, in 
the event that you have a dispute with one or more members or those who have posted, 
viewed, or used information on the Esoteric World Discovery site, you release Esoteric 
World Discovery, including its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries and employees, from 
claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known

way connected with such disputes. Esoteric World Discovery reserves the right, but has no 
obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members.
This privacy policy is a statement of principles and guidelines concerning the protection of 
personal information of our individual clients, individual service providers and other 
individuals.

All our interactions with you are purely confidential. We shall not give away any details 
concerning you to any third party, including your E-mail address.

We shall not rent, sell, or give out such to another person.

Every of our transaction with you is held in strict confidence.

Unfortunately there will be neither refunds nor returns on all custom-made spells, rituals 
and talismans such as Ozone spells and other spiritual spells. This is due to the fact that 
ingredients used in our spells are very costly, rare, and are imported from various parts of 
the world. These precious ingredients can not be reused or resold for they are consumed by 
fire or wasted in the sea or grinded during the ritual ceremonies and consecrations of your 
spell’s job. No exchanges or store credits will be made in those cases. Should you decide to 
cancel your order after you have submitted payment, there will be a financial cancellation 
charge.
